オペレーション担当副マネージャー
【Key Responsibilities】
●Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company standards
●Support planning, coordination, and supervision of center activities
●Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures
●Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to enhance efficiency
●Lead and train operational staff, providing guidance and feedback
●Identify and implement process improvements to boost service quality and reduce costs
●Collaborate with HR, Finance, and logistics to align operational goals
●Resolve escalated issues and act as the point of contact in the Operations Manager’s absence
●Ensure legal compliance and uphold security and ethical standards
●Drive customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth
●Promote innovation, teamwork, and service excellence

What We’re Looking For

●A graduate degree or equivalent
●Japanese national or JLPT N1 certificate holder
●Strong communication and customer service skills
●A passion for quality and operational excellence
