UAE Central Bank cuts policy interest rate by 0.25 percentage points
On October 29, the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates (CBUAE) announced that it would lower the benchmark interest rate for its Overnight Deposit Facility (ODF) by 0.25 percentage points from 4.15% to 3.90%. On the same day, the US Federal Reserve Board (FRB) also announced a reduction in the interest rate on reserves (IRR).
Dubai to host "Future Forum" with 2500 participants from 100 countries
The fourth conference of the Future Forum, the world's largest conference of futurists, will be held at the Museum of the Future on November 18th and 19th.
