Alada, a real estate developer, has completed its first branded housing project in Sharjah, handing over 579 units.

On April 9, Arada Developments, a major real estate developer, began handing over units at its first branded residential project, "Vida Residences Al Jada," in the large-scale Al Jada development in the Emirate of Sharjah. The project comprises a total of 8,800 units, with 579 units occupied in the first phase. The company aims to supply 4,000 units by the end of the year.

This project is an integrated development combining condominiums, serviced apartments, and a hotel, designed as a living hub with commercial and dining facilities and community spaces. The residential units come standard with smart home features, and the complex boasts a wide range of shared facilities, including a fitness center and swimming pool.

The "Nassiji district" where the property is located is positioned as a creative hub, and the construction of "Il Teatro," a cultural facility designed by Tadao Ando, is also planned for the adjacent site.
