As the name suggests, the restaurant's signatures are ramen and handrolls—two pillars of Tokyo's izakaya culture, reimagined within Dubai's refined setting. The ramen lineup includes miso and shoyu, with the standout being the Spicy Miso Tantanmen. The slow-simmered broth delivers a rich depth of flavor that speaks for itself.

Handrolls are crafted by skilled artisans right in front of guests, ensuring the nori stays perfectly crisp. The real highlights, however, are the Wagyu sushi and rice. A5-grade Wagyu is lightly torched to order, melting on the palate with every bite. Claypot rice is also available, allowing guests to savor the pure essence of premium Japanese rice.

The interior blends contemporary design with urban Japanese aesthetics, while a live DJ creates an immersive atmosphere.
