2100 global coffee companies gather in Dubai

World of Coffee Dubai 2026, a global festival for specialty coffee, will be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre for three days from January 18th to 20th. This will be the fifth edition of the event, and it will feature a record number of exhibitors, with over 2,100 companies and brands from 78 countries around the world. Industry professionals, from producers to roasters and cafe owners, will all gather together.
The exhibition area will cover 2 square meters, with 76 major green bean-producing countries participating. The venue will feature a technology zone showcasing the latest roasting machines, extraction systems, and sustainable solutions, as well as a "Roasters Village" where tastings and business negotiations will be available.
During the event, technical competitions will be held, including the Cezve Ibrik (Turkish Coffee) World Championship, which will feature traditional Middle Eastern brewing methods. The event will also feature a three-day auction program, a first for the event. Items ranging from used coffee equipment to rare micro-lot (small-scale) premium beans will be auctioned, providing a highly transparent forum for transactions.
Khalid Al Hammadi, Executive Vice President of DXB LIVE, the event's organizer, emphasized that "the event has evolved from a simple trade fair to a central platform supporting the global coffee economy," and expressed his hope that the event will further solidify Dubai's position in the international specialty coffee world.
