Ajman's real estate transaction volume exceeds 4,750 billion yen in the first half of the year.

On July 14, the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulatory Bureau announced that the number of real estate transactions in the first half of 2026 (January-June) exceeded 6,815, with a total transaction value of over 108 billion AED (approximately 475 billion yen).

 According to the agency's director, Omar bin Omer al-Muhayli, 5,435 of these transactions were sales, totaling 7.64 billion AED (approximately 336 billion yen). The highest-value transaction was a 215 million AED (approximately 95 billion yen) deal in the Al-Amera district.

Meanwhile, there were 969 mortgage transactions, totaling over 1.88 billion AED (approximately 83 billion yen). The highest transaction was recorded in the Liwara 1 district for 123.5 million AED (approximately 54 billion yen).

Director Al-Muhaili explained that the real estate market remains strong, maintaining positive results due to diverse investment opportunities. He stated that the real estate sector is a key pillar supporting the emirate's economic growth, and that this indicates Ajman is strengthening its position as a promising investment destination.

By project, "Emirates City" had the most transactions, followed by "City Towers" and "Ajman One." By district, "Al Helio 2" came in first, followed by "Al Helio 1" and "Al Zahia."
